Is this the reason for it losing so much time? What is the cost of a service likely to rush me? IWC, Rolex, Omega Cartier all have pretty poor customer services. For what its wortyh my Seamaster Chrono is 13 years old, has never been serviced and keeps to +3 seconds last time I timed it. Omega don't make a quartz Planet Ocean, hence my comment. Have you tried giving it a good manual wind? Do you wear it all the time, or just infrequently?
